I’ve never really been one for resolutions in the new year. However, I do also love the idea of reflecting on or planning how we’d like things to be for the foreseeable future. I’ve selected some intentions for the next year for walking and spending time outside; parenting, baby and family; and vegan food and recipes.
I walked 1000 miles March – December 2021 with our daughter, whilst pregnant and a new mum.
Our baby is just over three months old and hasn’t ever sat in a pram or buggy. We carry her when we are out and about, and decided to do this for a number of reasons.
I woke up one morning in the fifth month of my pregnancy, and decided to walk 1000 miles. I’m writing this post because I struggled at the time to find information about how other people safely exercise in pregnancy. This is the first part of a diary of what worked for me.
